One of Charlotte’s largest remodeling companies and most respected home builders, Tri-Square specializes in construction services in the Myers Park, Dilworth, Elizabeth and SouthPark areas. The company’s president approached Kcomm to increase brand awareness and grow its business.
We helped Tri-Square showcase its high-end work through a robust marketing plan and creative executions. For the new Tri-Square website, we directed photo shoots of featured homes and retouched hundreds of photos in the clients’ existing photo library. The first three months after launch showed a doubling of site traffic, with the average user spending 62.5% more time on the site. Kcomm also created custom e-blasts to announce the new website, with a 62% open rate, in comparison to the 19.5% industry average, and a 23.9% click-through rate, compared to 1.5% industry average. The e-blasts were followed up by a targeted direct mail piece to 4,000 homes.
Kcomm also created a content calendar for Tri-Square’s Facebook page with regular weekly postings, and established a presence on the home improvement website Houzz in the Pro+ program, where Tri-Square received over 100,000 photo impressions in just four months, along with 40,000 profile impressions.
In addition, we worked with the Tri-Square principals to craft their key messages and brand promise, and provided a public relations plan with general pitch ideas. Kcomm presented three media plans at varying budget levels, as well as recommending sponsorship opportunities and organizational involvement to help position Tri-Square as a community supporter as well as an expert in the field.
